These terms are the agreement between you and Meant when you use our app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to everything below. We’ve written it plainly so you actually know what you’re agreeing to.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Meant. The app is built for adults looking to meet other adults, and we don’t allow anyone under 18 to register.

By using the service you confirm you’re legally able to enter this agreement and that the information you give us is accurate.

Each person may hold one account. Keep your login details private, since you’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Your profile should reflect the real you. Impersonating someone else or creating duplicate accounts isn’t allowed and may lead to suspension.

Treat other people with respect. Harassment, spam, hate speech, threats, and impersonation are not allowed anywhere on Meant.

Don’t use the app for anything illegal, and don’t try to scrape, disrupt, or game the matching system. Breaking these rules can end your access.

Meant offers paid subscriptions, Spark and Blaze, purchased through your app store. Prices and benefits are shown before you buy.

Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel, and you manage or cancel them in your app-store account. Because billing runs through the store, refunds follow that store’s policies.

You can stop using Meant and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put other people at risk.

If we end your access for a violation, any active subscription benefits may be forfeited as allowed by the app store’s rules.

Meant is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep matching fast and reliable, but we can’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or that any match will lead to a particular outcome.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for interactions between users or for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
